I am not sure if this is the correct thread to obtain instructions and the firmware file to update a 2016 Mazda CX-3 that has the CarPlay hardware installed and has version 70.00.025 NA installed. I wish to upgrade to the latest version which I believe is 74.00.134 NA. Thanks in advance for your kind advice.

After much reading and searching the internet, i believe that i need to upgrade to 70.00.100 first
Is this correct and can you supply me with files and instructions please

You need to start a private conversation with forum member ASH8 to find out how to get the update file for version 74.00.324A EU N. The best way to do this is via the Mazda3Revolution forum where he posts far more frequently. This is his contact ID ASH8

I think you'll need to make at least 2 posts in that forum before you can start a private conversation - that is a forum rule, not a requirement from ASH8

Hey there, got an Mazda 3 BM with Version 59.00.502 EU N, anyone knows if i first have to update to 70.xx.xxx and then 74.xx.xxx?
And will it work, if i dont have the special Android Auto USB-Port yet?

You need to private message / start a private conversation with forum member ASH8 - here is his information ASH8 He will be able to reply with links to the various update file(s) and instructions on carrying out the update process. I'm sure if your wife's 2017 Mazda 6 currently has 59.xx.xxx NA installed then you can just update to the latest 74.xx.xxx NA firmware without carrying out the failsafe and reinstall procedure. ASH8 will confirm. He is based in Australia so allow for time differences before getting a reply etc.

Note: You may need to make a further post on this forum before you can start a private conversation. Just replying to my post should be enough
