Hey All,
My wife and I both have MX-5’s. I have her old 07 GT lightly modified and she has an 08 GT. (We also have a Tacoma) She said she would like something a little more practical for herself. She’s an high school English teacher and a Speech & Debate couch and trust me it’s the number one thing in her life. So we looked around an decided to purchase a new 2019 CX-3 in the Pearl White. Sadly she wanted a manual trans but as we all know no such luck. I’m on Miata.net a lot and I install MX-5 NC suspension on the side. Well looking around I’ve only seen a muffler or two and 3 different aftermarket springs. I’m a big fan of Koni’s on our MX-5’s and a set of RX-8 OEM swaybar’s you have a great handling machine.
My wife wants her new CX-3 to handle a little better so that’s the first thing I’m looking to improve on.
So the hunt begins and if anyone here is interested in a Mint Condition 08 GT soft top MX-5 w/ 41k with a stick in Marble White look me up.

Hey everyone. Bought a used 2016 CX-3 Grand Touring a couple of months ago and I love it! It is clean inside and out and so much fun to drive. Question though: What are those 2 circles on the front end of the car between the grill and the turn lights? One of them on my car is not painted and I'd really love to know what they are so I can research getting it painted or maybe it's just a sticker that covers it. Anyway, I'm in Los Angeles and use my car for commuting, trips, errands, everything! The heated seats come in handy in the mornings and the BOSE stereo keeps my banging my head. I do wish there was a 6-cyl option, though. Any thoughts on my paint issue would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi all,
I'm Chris and I bought a new 2017 CX-3 "GS" (trim name in Canada) three years ago and absolutely love it. The steering and everything feels great. I live in Toronto so I have winter tires on for about 6 months of the year (November to April). This is my daily car - but with this global pandemic.... I'm mostly parked at home.

This is my first post so I hope it sends correctly!

Greetings to you all,

Purchased my daughter a ' 19 CX3 Sport after she totaled her 2014 3 sedan this part January on a parked in the roadway/abandoned Mustang. She loves the car and attending college 360 miles away needed another reliable car as she had already logged over 100k.

If anyone is interested, I will post an install guide for upgrading to Car Play/Android Auto for a 2019 Sport/Base model with electronic parking brake. Took about an hour and half start to finish.

Hi everyone,

l’m from Québec, Canada. I got my CX-3 since April 2019. It was my first new car and my first Mazda as well. I was looking for a car with some ground clearance and a manual transmission. It left me with two choices only: Subaru Crossteck and the CX-3. Finally I went with Mazda because of a potential compression ratio issue between the MT & boxer engine from Subaru. A year later, I do not regret my choice. Actually I like it even more than when I got it.

Cheers,
Sébastien

Hi all,

I'm from California and just got my used 2019 Mazda CX-3 Touring yesterday and I am very excited. I have searched this forum prior to my purchase as well and wanted to thank you all for helping me make the decision to get a CX-3.

I believe it is the towing points on the vehicle. They pop off and two eye bolts screw in for towing.

Hello from Geneva.

We've taken delivery of our cx-3 Ambition yesterday. It's our first Mazda and first AWD. It's a lovely metallic brown, making a nice change from the mandatory Swiss colour choice of white, silver or black.

It's replaced our super reliable Toyota Auris and will spend the winter in the Jura and Alps loaded up with our kids (cost centres 1 and 2) and their skis.

Next search is for roof bars and spare steel wheels. Looking forward to contributing to the forum.
This week, the time came to say goodbye to our CX-3.

After 5 years, 47,000km, a new addition to the family and other life stuff, we’ve replaced it with something else.

In the last 5 years, nothing broke, failed or ever stopped doing its job properly. It was nice to have the 5 year guarantee. However, other than two recalls, new key fob batteries, and a rear brake pad change, the annual service took care of everything else. it has been utterly reliable, whatever the conditions.

My family loved our CX-3 and we knew we would miss it. So, we’ve bought a 2020 CX-5.

We bought the CX-5 from a garage on the other side of Switzerland having never physically seen it, or driven one before.

The garage owner drove 250km to bring it to us, and we agreed everything by email and phone, even though he spoke Swiss German, and I only speak some French, we found a way.

They also gave us 50% of what we first paid for the CX-3, in part exchange, which seems reasonable after 5 years.

Although I‘ll miss our CX-3, I’m delighted with its slightly bigger replacement.

Hello,
Guided my daughter in the purchase of her first car, a CPO 2018 CX-3 Touring AWD. Snowflake White Pearl Mica w/ black interior.
Just doing what Dad's do, joining the appropriate forum to help locate and smooth out any possible bumps in her journey of car ownership. She insisted that the dealer, under warranty, replace the worn leather steering wheel before she would take delivery.
