I had a similar issue right around that spot too that happened because i let washer fluid get too low to the point it froze over inline oneday during winter. Strange enough, the freezing over moved parts and caused a leak lol.
If i remember correctly that black portion is rubber like? I pushed the parts together tighter and attached a small ziptie to tension it better and solved my issue. May or may not be same issue in your case but worth a shot, just make sure the ziptie can handle the tight diameter and bite deeper to clamp it.
