Check out this fully wrapped Mazda CX-3 posted on Instagram by vip_brickell_autozone! The design seems to be Asian inspired with what looks like dragon scales extending from the windshield onto the roof. Paint splatters throughout the body is also well done and extremely detailed down to the various shades of each splatter.

Here’s a closer look at the CX-3’s bumper and hood wrap:

While wrapping your CX-3 is a great personalization option the extra layer also doubles as paint protection during its lifespan. If someone or something scratches your car the affected panel can easily be re-wrapped (or leave it as is) to match the rest of the body while the paintwork underneath remains showroom fresh. At a glance you wouldn’t even know a car was wrapped if done well.

On the downside, a full wrap will be expensive but still cheaper than a new coat of paint, however the finished product’s quality is dependent on the installer.

With the use of computer programs the customization options are endless! Would you consider wrapping the CX-3? If so, what design and color would you choose?

Cool wrap design but I have no idea what it's supposed to be.
If I had extra cash I want to wrap it to look like Tron!

I'd like to wrap it same colour, in white, but in a carbon fibre texture, I think that would look nice. Not readily noticeable unless you get up close to it. That, or wrap the roof in matte black, minus spoiler, and wing mirrors, to make it match the rest of the plastic trim and rims (I may photoshop this idea to see what it would look like xD). But wrapping full body anything other than white I wouldnt do, I like the colour.

Someone paid to have that done to their CX3? To each their own.

It totally depends on what you do with the wrap. Some are terrible, others are done in very good taste. Also it can make more sense to do something like this if its a company car, or some type of project car.

Wrapping the top like that with the disappearing C-pilar looks great, probably is along the lines of what Mazda should have done.

Someone in Australia actually wrapped the roof in black.

It's actually pretty cool IRL.
Woah, that looks really cool, definitely helps seeing the actually thing instead of my terrible photoshoped version. May be something, along with hod and wing mirrors, that I may consider doing to just try. Id do it in matte as opposed to the glossy look here.

You could try matte plasti dipping the roof and mirrors. Cheaper too but never seen someone so it on such a large area before.

Oh you did the spoiler and upper sides too. It looks good, but like the previous picture, I'd rather do the roof excluding the spoiler and upper sides. I find that it kind of just ends weird on the pillars.

If you dont mind me asking, how much did that cost?

It only cost me $500! a mate hooked me up.

I originally had the same wrap as the picture above. But i didn't really like it so much it felt incomplete. The fin was white it felt out of place it was like a cold hard nipple sticking out lol.

I get more people staring at my car with the wrap all over lol.
