Hi, I bought my 2016 used and I have heated seats switches both sides (driver and passenger). When I put thoses on nothing happen. Normal? Is this after market? Thanks for your help

Not sure if thats something on newer models for something else but heated switch controls for all cx3s should be on the middle center console dash area on the two sides of this part.
