Yes they are. Kind of a mix up, I ordered the silver CS wheels as an upgrade from the stock steel wheels/ wheel covers of my base CX, these were the ones that got ordered by mistake. When we were building my options, black wheels were Hmm'd and Haaa'd about but I went with silver. When I showed up on pick up day, he told me, I have a surprise for you, hope you like it. We went outside to look it over and I loved it right away. He told me if I didnt they would switch them out no problem. These are about a $1200 upgrade over the stock ones.

Plus they bagged up the originals and had them in the hatch, slap some snows on for the winter to keep these ones nice

I also chose the 16s over the 17s and 18s due to the crappy roads in my area

I guess it is best to wear sunglasses while looking at it in the sunlight. That shine is surreal!

If I were you I'd put a sign on it that tells people not to go near it unless they are totally nude.
