Well.....I really bought this for the wife. :D We ordered the car on 08-30-15 and it arrived on the wifes birthday, 10-16. We had the dealer tint the windows before we picked it up. She didn't want a dark tint so we went with a light tint.

The dealer was GREAT to work with. For 16 days, we had a 2016 Mazda 5 GT as a loaner. When we returned the 6, I was really tempted on trading in my '14 VW Passat but I held off the temptation.

Unfortunately the dealer had no accessories. I wanted some winter mats and the mud/splash guards right away but we'll have to wait.

A couple of pics for your viewing pleasure. :D

The loaner.

What percentage did you get on the tint? Yours looks about what I'd like to have.
Not sure. It was my idea to get the tints as my wife warned me that she didn't want dark windows so I asked the dealer to put what was legal for Illinois and no darker than that. I personally would have gone one more shade darker but I got this car for her.

That looks really nice. It's so similar to the Ceramic White
This color is strange. In pics and certain lighting conditions, it comes off as a pearl white. But then if you park next to a white car, then you see that its not white but more like a silver/white. Really hard to describe in words. When I was down town, a white corolla was parked behind me and a silver camaro convertible in front. At this point (sunny skies), the CX3 looked like a lighter shade of silver....much lighter. The Ceramic Silver is a beautiful color and when the wife saw it for the first time, she had to have it. I pointed her to a white CX3 but she quickly noticed the difference and said no, she wanted to CS.

looks good, someone seems happy... welcome and congrats!
Thanks. If the CX3 wasn't released, she would have stayed with her Nissan Murano. Our kids are grown and have their own cars and we don't lug people around in our cars so she wanted to downsize but only if she found something she enjoyed.

We started our research and test drives in August. I realized that a lot of the small SUVs had grown in size, for example, the Nissan Rouge was just as big as our 2003 Murano. We went on to look at the Rogue, Subaru Crosstrek, Honda HRV, and she didn't like any of those. We quickly looked at the Juke as it was the size of vehicle she was looking for except that she found it to be too cartoonish.

When we walked into a Mazda dealer, to test out the CX5, and saw the CX3 in the showroom..... it IMMEDIATELY drew her attention. So we looked at the CX5 for a brief minute but said that she still wanted a smaller vehicle and couldn't stop talking about the CX3. Once we took that for a test drive, I realized that was the car for her.
