How do you check if I have the update? I bought the car early February.Just to letting you know that for those of you in the US who use the OEM Sat-Nav system there is a new update dated February 2018. So update your Mazda Toolbox and get with it!!!
You need to insert the Nav SD card into a Windows or Mac OS X PC and log onto the Mazda Toolbox application - you can download it from the Mazda North America site https://mazda-na.naviextras.com/shop/portal/downloads - and the application will tell you if there is an update available for your card. If so, go ahead after backing up the card using the option given in the application. My experiences over the last 2 years, admittedly as a UK based owner, is the upate process can take from anything upwards of 30 minutes. Some have reported faster times on the latest update. How do you check if I have the update? I bought the car early February.
Thanks!

It is available now in EuropeAnyone know when this sat nav update will be available in Europe?
Thanks for the reply. The update crashed on me and couldn't find the server many time before it finally allowed me to download the update. So my afternoon was spent trying to download the update for Europe. After several hours of trying to download the server finally allowed me to update. Update took about 45 minutes. Happy to report I didn't get frustrated and give up, and got rewarded with the updated maps.It is available now in Europe
