The Infotainement system is made by Visteon for Mazda. For all requests of that type, my local dealership recommends emailing Mazda Canada (or Mazda USA in your case), but you're likely to get ye olde "Thank you, your email is important to us.." reply and nothing more. The Mazda 3 Revolution forum is much more active on CMU discussions and some folks hack the Infotainement system in attempts to add stuff to it (video player is a big topic for example), but for something as specialized as an audiobook app, your chances are probably better to wait for Android Auto or Apple CarPlay when (if) it comes out in a later version of the CMU (latest is 55.753A I believe).
