Here's an example of what can be done after market with the CX-3. Air suspension manufacturers ACC worked on the CX-3 and did a number of mods. The new ACC Airrunner suspension system can lower the vehicle by 100mm, and the cool thing about air suspension is that the CX-3 can go from riding low to high in just a moment. So its still quite versatile. An air tank is under the trunk floor for the air suspension.

The only other mod is a set of 19-inch LV5 wheels from Japanese specialist company Lowenhart.

Anyone inspired?

Seeing someone has finally gone this far with the CX-3 is great to see but i'm not a fan of the wheels at all, doesn't complement the CX-3 one bit.

For some reason the word "Poser" comes to mind.
I actually prefer the style and color over the Mazda wheels but the size appears impractical ,likely to deliver a harsh ride ,increased road noise and diminished acceleration.

Wheels are take them or leave them but its cool to see it in a nice low stance. Now if they put a faster engine in it I'll take it.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE those wheels on the CX-3! Wow! Just needs to be one size smaller, the wheels are a little too big and disproportionate with the CX-3 design. One size smaller, and they will be perfect!

2.5L swaps can be done EASILY. Just pop in the engine and call up your tuner who does tuning on the new Sky-Active G engines. a simple two step process.

Who did you see/spoke to on getting your bags? I'm trying to go bagged on my cx-3 now, I spoke to Air Lift and they wanted me to measure the front and rear struts/shocks to see if they are like the Mazda 3 or Mazda 2. I'd greatly appreciate it!
