I have a '90 Mariner Blue Miata with 98K miles on it since new when I bought it in 1989.

Just found a hardtop for it a couple years ago.

Added 15X7 wheels and Nitto tires recently. Really added to the handling and ride.

I've got an 08 GT 6MT power retractable hard top. Great little car which makes a perfect stablemate to the CX3.

Still have a 1990 Red Miata that I've had since 1998. Last couple of years my retired father is the primary driver but I still like to give it a go every once in a while.

No heavy modifications but nice touches. K&N Cold air filter charger cone (added a nice sound to the original exhaust), Momo Arrow wheels on 15 tires, changes headlights to low profile lights ( never card for the ordinal high pop up lights), chrome roll bar ( added more stiffness to the body as well) cup holder , and rear tail lights.

I've added a picture with me in the new Miata. Still a great car!

So you still have an old one and you bought a brand-new one. How do you like that new one?

Lol, I wish I got a new one. Test drove it on a closed circuit courtesy of Mazda

Check out Miata.net for more opinions and comparisons of the 2016 ND Miata than you could read in a month. A very mature and expansive forum of knowledgable people who simply love their Miatas.

Yes, I am a member there. Regular visitor and have acquired many ideas for repairs/updates to mine, and have followed the release of the new Miata and read many reviews.

I don't like the front end styling, otherwise, it's a good car.

Brought my CX3 to the dealer yesterday for the initial service inspection and free first oil change. Shiney new 2016 Ceramic Club Miata in the center of the showroom floor. Had time to kill so I really looked the car over well. Mazda did an incredible job redesigning the Miata. I better stay away from the dealership for a while.

Have a 1991 Miata red in colour with hardtop. owned it since 1999 and now has 130,000 km on the clock. Will never sell it as it is a weekend 'fun' car. Wife drives a CX3.

I was looking at the new miatas when I went in to get this cx3. I kinda wish they were a bit taller; I would feel scared driving one next to a badly maintained country truck driver.
