HELP - Mazda MX-3 2018 Touring - Drivers side Running light LED is no longer working...

Mazda Family,
Moisture has gotten into the driver's side light housing and now the LED running light doesn't work. The dealership wants me to order an entire new light housing for $1100. Does any know if this is just a fuse that needs to be replaced? If one side is working (passenger running light functions) and the other isn't, is it the whole housing that needs replacing or just a fuse? Thank you all, Bram
