I got this thing broken on my cx3 behind the rear right brake disc. can anyone tell me what is this bar and where can i get one?

That's the headlight leveling rod for when driving it adjusts the light direction. The official name I have no idea but ebay might be best option to find a used one for cheaper than dealer.

I found sway bar links on ebay. Is this the same thing? and i am having maintenance wrench light on my dashboard after got this broken, is this normal?
