Just bought a 5k mile used 2016 CX-3 Touring and was wondering if there is some way to increase the brightness of the gauges during daylight time? I live in south Florida and when I wear my sunglasses I can barely read the speedometer much less the other smaller gauges.

The button for the trip meter is also a gauge brightness dial. Turn it to the right (clockwise) until it clicks for the highest setting. The infotainment system has a brightness setting also. I keep gauges and infotainment screen at the same brightness whether headlights are on or not. I usually always have my headlights on, even in daytime, which makes the default brightness too dim during the day.
