Hi All,

Opened my fuse box, did some engine cleaning recently.
As the images show bottom left corner, the Sunroof has (10A) fuse in it.... But I don't have a sunroof.
I haven't tested if it it is drawing power or a live circuit.
I'm familiar and know its not all that strange for mass production of parts at third parties, for the automotive industry. But usually they wouldn't put a fuse in the slot if it's not needed, right?
Also what does it mean when the fuse diagram/layout shows fuse Amp in brackets vs just the Amps?
(10A) vs 10A.
Anyone have some theories?

Its more likely to be either an empty fuse connection meaning no wiring and its easier for them to program an assembly line to put in the 10A instead of alternating for a specific batch, or its there and wired but theres a harness down the line which isnt connected/plugged into a port and would only be connected if the part was there. Have had experience with both being the case with some cars so wouldnt be surprised if mazda did this since its a cheaper/easier way to mass produce.

Checked the fuse. It's live. Has power etc. Even with engine off.
