I usually can find a YouTube video on both of these maintenance items for every car I've ever owned...but, none are posted on the cx 3 yet....

does anyone know of where i can find a video on one or both of these

Well if that is the case it sure is easy!!! Similar to but easier than my Nissan Frontier! For sure easier than our old 2012 Mazda5 too!!!
