Hi....I'm Steve from Central Ohio and purchased a 2018 CX 3 a few months ago. I've had my cell phone hooked up thru bluetooth since I bought it and it's worked great, however, about a week ago it started acting up. It will connect and disconnect ever few seconds. I'm about an hour away from the dealership and thought I'd try to resolve it myself so I called them and the service manager said my phone was probably stored in memory and needed completely removed. I went into settings and the only option I could see was to unpair it and that didn't resolve the issue. I've been to my phone provider (Verizone) and they didn't think there was an issue with the phone. If I can't resolve it I'll make an appointment and have the dealership deal with it.
