OK, so this is the first warm day I have had since getting my CX3 and it needed AC to cool things down after baking in the sun. But guess what? It doesn't work. Strange thing is I have been using AC in conjunction with the window de-misting function all winter. The only way I can now get the AC to work at all is to crank the temperature control fully counter-clockwise and it gives a forced cooling mode. But if the control is off the full blast position, it will not work at all.

Any ideas? :(

I'll look to see if it can be initialized later. Mine worked well in the few warm days we had after buying the car.

I think another member recently posted there was no refrigerant in their condenser unit, which is fkn bizzare imho
Thanks guys. No I am sure the condenser is working fine because it produces lots of cold air when the temp control is fully counter-clockwise. I am pretty sure the problem is with the climate control system - maybe a faulty electronic component.

Sigh! I guess a visit to my dealer is immanent.
