I thought it was time to post some video from the dashcam.

3 and a half minutes driving into Golden, British Columbia, Canada.
One of the few sections of the Trans Canada Highway that has not been twinned.

It was fun following this guy through the turns.

Beautiful scenery and the drive seems awfully close to the cliffs on the side of the road.I noticed either netting or screen to help control the rocks falling on the road.
But the girls gotta have fun u okay,I'll let the slide looks like a fun drive and everything looked very smooth with no bumps and vibration on the video.
Nice job.

It was the wife's turn for picking the tunes.
Not many vehicles can handle a "spirited" drive on this section of road.
I haven't figured out how to properly read the G-force indicator on the cams, but the turns were not too close to the tires breaking traction.

One of the main reasons I bought the car "Fun to Drive".

Ahh! Memories of Golden B.C. I was driving a brand new Chevey for delivery to a friend back east and the damn thing broke down in Golden. Had to spend 3 days to get parts trucked to service station there to get installed. Not much there in the summer of 1985 to pass the time in Golden.

By the way, another great drive is the West Coast of Vancouver Island from Sooke to Port Renfrew. Put it on your bucket list!

I should add that if you keep your eyes peeled to the west (no, not while driving!) you might spot pods of Orcas frolicking out in the Pacific Ocean. Wonderful sight if you catch it!

Added another dashcam video.
Its not very exciting but does show that some overgrowth is no big deal for the CX-3.
The perspective is always very different from the inside.

The growth in the middle gets rather high is some spots.

This is one of the reasons I bought a CX-3 .
It does the job on the camp road without the overhead of a 4x4 truck.
