First of all sorry for my bad english

I got my Cx3 this weak an the ist thing I did is install this aluminum pedals I ordered from ebay.

The Gas pedal and the Brake pedal were easy to install, its like a rubber moulding that wraps around the edges

but the rest pedal just had 4 lines of a 3m double backed automotive tape that wasnt enogh to keep it secure so here is what I did:

Add tacks to the 3m tape that already had
In the middle I used some industrial strength Velcro tape

here is the result

the side view of rest pedal installed

Ps you can also buy them in amazon

Just another option

Late to the party but ordered these tonight. Thanks to the original poster for the idea and to Konrad for the Canadian site for purchasing. :)
I also bought some pedal cover like these, I got mine from The Speedline, mine too had the lousy amount of Double Side Tape fitted, so just used a heap more and the thing has not moved, but do love the Ideas that fellow members come up with.

I received these today and although they look lovely and are well made, there is no way in hell that brake pedal fits my 2017 CX3. The slip-on they sent is definitely too small and is not going to fit. Too bad, these are going back, I really liked them. :(
Edit: apparently you're supposed to remove the OEM rubbers first! I am a special kind of stupid today.

thing to remember there are different sizes for the Brake Pedals between the Automatic and Manual versions in the Cars, the Manual Brake is usually smaller than the Auto version, maybe they sent you the wrong ones, a quick search and question to the seller and they may be able to clear things up for you.

Hope this helps.

I bought them a couple of months ago when I first bought my CX-3. I was surprised by the good quality and style - better looking then Mazda's with little circles. They fit perfectly and add a lot to the interior. Oh, and they're very cheap considering the quality.

Now if I can just find some quality garnish moldings for the bottom of the doors...
