Hmmm...
I found a part number for H&R springs but I haven’t see anyone else install them but you. Below is from the website;

H&R SPORT SPRINGS FOR 2016- MAZDA CX-3 GRAND TOURING - 28775-3

Per H&R they lower the front and rear 1.1”. Sorry to say but I’m going to wait because H&R springs kind of suck coming from MX-5 forum.
