Thanks for asking TnT. I see you too have gravitated from Honda to Mazda. These Are the ones I'm willing to admit to.
1960 Corvair
1960 Austin-Healey 3000 powered by ford 289
1973 civic hatch (first year for Civic)
1973 Triumph TR6
1979 Ford Fiesta
1986 Honda CRX SI
1988 Honda CRX SI
1991 Nissan Sentra SER
2000 Mazda Protege ES
2006 Mazda 3 2.3

Currently owned
2013 Ford Focus
2014 Mazda CX-5

All were bought new except for the Corvair, Healey,Triumph,Fiesta. The Fiesta and CRXs' are the only ones I want back. Magnificent manual steered r&p handling. All cars are too heavy for that these days.

I used to own a '91 Mercury Grand Marquis in high school. It was entirely red and awesome.

That's quite the collection of vehicles that you've owned. I am left wondering what vehicles you aren't willing to admit to.

I have been around a while.
I never buy expensive cars.
I never hold them till I don't want them. No one else will either. I just trade for something I want more.

I Usually keep them for 2 to 5 yrs and have 2 at a time. I have a 2 car garage and make sure its used as intended. I evaluate every parking space for ding potential. No mustard whoppers or smoking allowed. I always have slick trade ins.
Of course it costs more than buying a car and driving it into the ground but maybe not so much as you might think. Its so much more pleasant to have a shiny car you can look forward to driving every day, especially if the driving experience is important to you. Most brands are improving with each new model introduced. Love cars, always on the lookout for something new that is fun and practical. A new car is a kind of high obtainable without drugs.
