Yeah - the unlicensed teen at the wheel had hit a parked car, then limped home to hide his (well, his mom's) damaged SUV. But then he just damaged it more. And more. And then some more, just to be sure, because MORE.

Could be. From the article, it looks more like "holy cow, I'm an unlicensed teen who doesn't understand cars/physics/consequences/why I don't just stop the car." But yeah, maybe you'd have to be loaded to keep trying to wedge that car into a cement wall like that.

Well no sh** Sherlock! Who else would be responsible? Obviously his parents will have to pay for the damages, but yes, he's responsible for all the damages lol.
