Hatch opening and dims

Everybody talks about cu ft

But I need to know if a folded wheelchair 3' x 3' will fit in the back with the rear seats still up?

Relative is more wheelchair bound and less on the walker which does fit. The front ground up seat height is 26" same as her old Saturn Vue. If the seats must be down to haul the chair grandkid might have to be left behind till she gets old enough for her DL.

Already have 2 in the family, (since it's recall free launch) dowanna Mazda fleet but will make an exception for the cx-3 AWD to replace a Prius V company car.

The state has instituted a convoluted graduated DL program for teens where she wont get an unrestricted DL until age 18

The Honda has more space not sure if enough, but it's another cvt.

Ma may have to settle for torqueing thru traffic in an X3 carrying wheels & kid.
