Front Seats Question

Hi fellow CX-3 owners! I have a question about the front seats. I have the GT model and my seats are hard to adjust. The seat backs don't move up when pressing the lever. I have to pull the lever and grab the seat back to raise it. Do any of you experience this?
This happens with both front seats.

Thank you,

Tim

Welcome to the club Tim.

I'm fairly sure mine sprang forward after just easing back to release the ratchet teeth. They lock in steps which isn't the end of the world but you do sometimes have to choose which position is best.

Currently CX5 SportNav 2.2 diesel automatic and AWD.
Formerly CX3 SportNav 1.5 diesel automatic and AWD.

All advice is given in good spirit and taken entirely at the readers own risk. WORK SAFELY. ©2018 anchorman

Thank you for your response! I will have to try that. I think I was just leaning forward and pulling the lever. I will report back my findings.
