removing USBs

Hi guys

i somehow snapped my USBdrive inside the usb so now theres a part stuck inside which i need to remove

does anyone know how i can remove this with the least amout of damage?

im thinking removing the USB/SD/AUX panel may be the best way but does anyone know how to do this i cant seem to find any info anywhere on how to do this.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
