Hi Andreas1033,

I'm assuming you mean on the passenger side?

Do you have a picture to show us?
I dont think a dash should have a lump/hump, unless its part of the design.

I know that the area that the airbag deploys from would be slightly weaker to allow the airbag to deploy ( I can see where the airbag is housed in my dash if I look at an angle, but its smooth and flat, you won't notice it's there unless you looked for it).

On my 2016 I can see almost a rectangular outline on the passenger dash where the air bag would be housed. Not sure when it appeared or if its always been there but I presume thats what you might be referring to?

The feint lines are normal, as I said before - the area that the airbag deploys from is slightly weaker.
Are you sure that it feels like a bump? It should be with the contour of the dash (slight curve to it).

This picture looks like mine, slight outline for the airbag area, and flows with the contour/curvature of the dash.

Yes. Mine is the same. It messes with my OCD from time to time (especially when cleaning) but...I’m glad for airbags in general 🙂
