Help! Mysterious rubber piece found underneath driver's seat

Hey all. I just wanted to see if anyone would happen to know where this piece belongs to. I found it underneath the driver's seat when I was cleaning the interior. It looks like some rubber stopper piece or rubber cushion. It's similar to the 2 rubber cushion pieces on the hatch tonneau cover. Judging from the white strip residue it was adhesived onto something. I spent a long time looking underneath both driver's and passenger's seat and couldn't find anywhere this piece would go. Any thoughts on this? I'm going to ask the dealer where this piece belongs when I go for an upcoming appointment.

Well, I found that rubber piece too, underneath the driver's seat, and I have no idea where it comes from.

I have an update!

So the service advisor at the dealer told me the techs said it is part of a shipping brace that goes underneath the seat. They said it was supposed to be removed when the car was prepped for pick up but sometime it is missed. I guess the original tech assigned to work on my car looked underneath the seat since he unhooked the cloth cover (and left it unhooked when I got into the car) and probably didn't find anything and had to ask another tech if they've seen that piece before. And that was the information I got.

Thank You! I have found 2 of those and have been meaning to post this exact question. I have one of the cargo covers and they look similar to the bumpers that are on the back of that- but none were missing. Was looking inside the arm rest/cell phone holder to see if belonged in there- didn't appear to. Now I can put that to rest.
