Strange quirks you do with your car

Mine is putting towels down on the driver and passenger seats.My seats always look new this way and it cuts down on the wear and tear.
I never use the back seats so they are just folded down with a heavy blanket covering the whole hatch area so my dogs don't do any harm when riding with me.

rear seats are always folded down for me too due to the laughable trunk space otherwise. I laid a long 2-ply sheet of cotton fabric to protect the original material.

I don't go overboard with "protecting" the vehicle instead i just try to be as gentle / careful when using it.
