Try to get ahold of mazda usa(or where ever you are located) and explain the situation to them and how you are a 'fan of their premium features' and loyalty to the brand etc. Illustrate how frustrating this defect is and that it SURELY is a rare chance occurrance that most likely isnt occurring in other cx3s. Kindly elaborate how the dealerships behavior does not seem representative of mazda as a whole and their dedication to quality and just top if off with one of those "dont you agree?" statements.
