Unhappy Windshield cracked :/

Hey all, I was just driving home from work and I noticed a long windshield crack coming from the right lower quadrant originating at the bottom and going up into the middle center of the windshield. I don't know how it happened and it really pissed me off, my car is only 1 year old... The crack is around 5 to 7 inches long and I don't know how I didn't notice it but with the weather being snow and ice and in the teens for the last week I can see how I didn't look. I also drive early morning and late night is when i leave work, so it makes sense how I didn't see it.

Does anyone know what my options are? I'm a student and I don't have much money to replace it..

Your car insurance should pay for part of the bill or all of the bill.

Sorry to hear. That sucks

Insurance may cover part based on your coverage. I have the zero deductible policy for glass replacement. It has paid for itself again and again. Not on the CX-3 but may last GTI went through several windshields in a 3 year span. if you don't have it, as your agent.

The GT windshield makes me nervous, all those parts up by the mirror.

2016 CX3 GT w/ i-Activesense. Black on Parchment and lovin it!
