Transmission oil change

I now have 282,000 kms on my 2016. So far so good with no issues. They replaced my horn...
Thinking about the trans oil condition. I read that the skyactive cars dont require a change as its sealed. Is that correct?
Can i change it / need to?

It is true as far as the schedule goes but there is an official method of drain and refill. You can’t get all of the fluid out so it wouldn’t be a full change unless you did it several times (diluted it) but you absolutely must use the Mazda oil because it won’t mix.

Currently CX5 SportNav 2.2 diesel automatic and AWD.
Formerly CX3 SportNav 1.5 diesel automatic and AWD.

The first step I would recommend you, is to check the oil color. With the stick and a clean white paper. You can see if is blue, brown or dark.
