engine overheating - OBDII code P0480

Hi Mazda CX-3 friends,

My Mazda CX-3 2016 Sport was in a front collision in the past year and after the repair, on a hot day, the engine overheats in slow traffic.
I took it to the dealer and they diagnosed the problem suggesting the control module with fan replacement. The report stated the OBDII code P0480.

I decided to save money and replace the parts myself. But I do not have any diagrams on how to replace Fan Assembly PEHH-15-025. Would you please share diagrams on how to do it?
Also, I suspect that due to the accident fan control relay harness is open or shorted. Would you please help me locate the harness that I need to carefully inspect?

Cheers,
Marcin
