Question Rattling while stopped in gear

Hello, recently I've noticed that the car will rattle when stopped and in gear, switching to neutral or accelerating makes it go away. I think I've tracked it down to the (heat?) shield underneath the car, just behind the two front wheels.

As seen in this image: I am referring to the shiny plate in the center of the image.

Notice how on the bottom right corner there is a screw with no bolt on it, I believe mine is rattling by knocking on the threads because when I push the plate against the car, the rattling completely stops ( Sometimes even just lightly holding the plate ) I'm wondering if anyone has had this issue before, or if you think it could be something more serious.

Additionally, I've tried looking for the part number of that nut, but I can't find it. If anyone knows the size of the bolt that is (missing?) I'd really appreciate it.

P.S. This happened after winter driving and unfortunately scraping the bottom of the car on multiple occasions with packed snow.

P.P.S The rattling begun a few weeks back, but back then it was literally little blocks of ice bouncing up and down in the engine compartment. I can't imagine there is still any ice trapped under the car that might cause the noise.

I have this same issue on a family car a 08 nissan sentra but then again that car is 10 yrs old and has had its fair share of under-body contact throughout the years with different drivers. Im surprised to see such on the cx3 already but I guess anything is possible with enough contact.

Judging from the looks of this diagram and somewhat from what you have written it looks like bolts are already mounted and nuts are attached from underneath. The part number for the nut is the same for all listings on the page and for awd/non-awd vehicles even though I couldnt find this exact heatshield there. This might be whatyou are looking for but honestly for the price it might be cheaper to get it at a dealer since online orders will add shipping to the cost. Also something to be conscious of is that in some occasions different shops/dealers/sellers etc have different part numbers according to their own inventory system instead of mazdas actual oem part. Just something to keep in mind

(You dont have to use them specifically, it was just the first place that was listed when I searched around for diagrams)
