Garage
You mean any of the phone sound or any music?

In the meantime, try unpairing your phone connection and then a hard reset of the connect system be pressing all three of the Nav, Mute and Back buttons together for at least 10 seconds. The system will reboot then try pairing your phone again.

My iPhone 6 works quite well with it and I've got an early software version so we know the system is capable.

Currently CX5 SportNav 2.2 diesel automatic and AWD.
Formerly CX3 SportNav 1.5 diesel automatic and AWD.

Make sure you haven't hit the mute button by mistake. It's easy to do as the volume nob is right near the large selector dial, center console.

I have an iPhone 6 Plus and have had no issues with paring it or playing music.

Cheers

Try volume up on the iPhone and make sure your phone is not on silent mode. Sounds volume can be controlled on the iPhone as well.

Could be a iOS and car system incompatibility issue. What iOS are you running?

I don't know what happened I came back 8 hours later it paired and played. I'm thinking it was Apple Music failure.
