Access front turn signal bulbs

I've used the search function here and Googled but cannot seem to find instructions for accessing the front turn signal bulbs. Does the whole bumper have to be removed?

Garage
If you prop the hood open you can see them, it's kind of reachy and tight but definitely accessible without removing the front bumper. Helps if you look at where the front signals are and dig around that same area on the opposite side of the bumper.

Thanks I'll take a look! As far down in the bumper as they are, I assumed they could not be reached from the top.

Its been a while since Ive taken the bumper off but wouldnt they be able to be accessible from the bottom after unscrewing the front pieces of the splash guard (EDIT: and the lower front side of the wheel fender which attaches to the front bumper depending on which side you are on)? I could be wrong and the lower bumper lip could be interfering but it seems like it would be doable.

Right you are! Sometimes the simplest answer is the right answer. (Check your owner's manual)
