Bluetooth phone call won't stay on handsfree!!!

Hey guys,

Car - 2017 CX3 Tech
Phone - Samsung S7 Edge

My phone will connect to my car no problem and shows the battery life and signal on the screen.
The phone works fine for playing music and i can browse contacts fine.

My problem - When i answer a call or dial out a call; the car will automatically "Transfer the car to handset(phone)"
Even if i press the transfer to vehicle button while on the call it will not stay "hands free", it always reverts to sending the call back to the phone.

My phone will work in other vehicles fine for hands free, but not in mine. If i reset the network/bluetooth settings on my phone it will work for a couple days, but then has this issue again.

Does anyone else have/had this issue?

Do you have a solution for this?

The dealer gave me a Bluetooth support line phone number which i have not called yet but wondering if i could get an answer from other CX3 owners.

Thanks

Sounds like a disagreement about which Bluetooth profiles are loaded (music-only, phone-only or music and phone).

I've never run into those problems but I have a different phone so \_(ツ)_/
