Fuel Economy Monitor

So I'm not sure how many owners actually look at this screen, but I have it on frequently while driving. (I guess it goes back to my Prius days of constantly seeing what my MPG average is)

Anyway I'm usually electronically inclined but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to populate the history screen on the bottom? I've filled up three times now, each time resetting the mileage in a different manner, but it has not as of yet added these tanks to the history section of the display?

1)First tank I reset the average with the steering wheel controls... (This didn't update the history)
2)Second tank I linked the trip A with the infotainment monitor screen (It didn't update the history)
3)Third tank I reset my average on the Fuel Economy monitor screen itself. (Yet again it didn't update the history)

All it ever shows is the first tank when it was born and my current tank average. Does the history even work? If so I'm at a loss on how to populate it after filling up.

The only way to reset is on screen itself, and steering wheel buttons cannot reset this. The bars on bottom show number of resets and not number of fillings. Each screen reset shows new bar.

When you have it set to 'linked to trip A', and you reset the *A* odometer each time you fill up by pressing and holding the reset knob (same knob that adjusts dash brightness), you'll get a new bar in the history area for each tank of gas.
greaseman85 and jtonline like this.

Thanks for the replies guys.

As I mentioned above I tried both of these options and it did not add the tank to the history so there must be something wrong somewhere.

It's not a big deal or anything, just couldn't understand why it wasn't saving the old tanks.

Your attached screenshot shows that it has populated column 2 with a value. The next reset will move the current mpg value into column 2 and the value that was in column 2 will move to column 3.

Lol. Thanks, I understand how the history 'should' work, but to this point no means of resetting the MPG has populated the history area. I even tried resetting from the Fuel economy screen again tonight and had no luck.
