Lower front bumper question.

I've had the car for just over a week and noticed a 4 inch long scratch on the bottom black plastic lip on the front bumper. Its the same area were the aftermarket silver bumper trim would go. I was wondering if that lower black piece is a separate part, or if I would have to replace the entire bumper if I wanted to fix it. If it would require a whole bumper replacement then I might just look into buying the silver trim accent piece, since that will cover the scratch. Also, does that area of the bumper scratch easily? Thanks.

I’m afraid its option B. The black part has been carefully masked at the painting process even though it looks separate. See attached;
