How to remove paint from the 'repair tube"

I thought I'd got the color match for my white 2016 CX3. Didn't realize at the time I applied it but that the paint Mazda provided was discoloring over time, and is now several shades darker than the "white".

I had applied to some small areas - bigger than a chip. Now it looks like hell and I'm probably better off going back to the original scratched look!

But how to remove this so called paint chip paint!

Terrible, terrible ... makes you want to ________ (fill-in the blank :-)

1. Go to Mazda (hopefully with a receipt) and raise Hell!

2. When you find a good paint, there's a couple of good youtubes, especially the one where the guy does his black Porsche, very fine grit sandpaper on the eraser of a pencil, etc. ... after you find the "correct" paint.

Good Luck!

EDIT: Youtube search on: paint chip touch up drive clean
