Currently bricking it, looking after my daughters flat in East London and I have to park on-street
The non permit places are in narrow rat runs or with loads of houses being converted, all with loads of plain trees, so my pride and joy is covered in sap and bird **** and at risk of abuse
Need therapy after this, if I survive
I'm on the other side of the globe but can feel your pain. Can only hope you don't have to look after the flat for much longer. As DJ said, a nightmare.......anchorman said "I'd sleep in it". I'd take up his offer. )
Living in Chicago, I know this pain. I'm paying an extra $150/month for an off-street parking space.
A good coat of wax every week or two should keep the sap and bird dropping damage to a minimum.
You can get a bumper guard to keep parallel parking damage down.
