Detail of CX3

I read somewhere that it goes from 62mph in 8.5secs...not bad for a Japanese coupe huh?

That sounds decent if its true. We won't know for sure until the CX3 is released.

I think this is the perfect small-SUV or mini-SUV for urban families. It has room for a dog, or 2 kids and some groceries.

It will certainly save them on gas!

Although that isn't something that really matters to people who will be buying one of these, it's good to know what it could potentially do in a straight line.

the post is from April 2013, I doubt there is a shred of fact to that, not to mention we still don't have official information

That's why i said what it can potentially do, maybe it can do that, maybe it can't. We don't have any solid information on performance now but should see it in the coming weeks.

I'm not expecting the CX-3 to be a super performance vehicle obviously. As long as it isn't boring as sh*t to drive I will be happy.

I can deal with a o-62mph time of 8.2 seconds. It could be a lot worse. I think that still lives up to the "Zoom, zoom" motto.

You're running out of on ramp if thats the actual 0-60 time, the 3 hatch with the 2.0 gets it done in about 7 seconds...

Pedal to the metal! If you were getting this car for good acceleration then you were misguided from the start.
